Dear Friends of Danville Rescue,

Welcome to our 2nd Annual Subscription Membership Program

 
In late 2008, many of you may have received an invitation to purchase a “Subscription Membership” from Danville Rescue which covered from October 2008 through 2009.  For those of you who subscribed…Thank You, and I hope you will take this opportunity to renew your benefit; for those of you who would like more information let me share.
 

Many other areas in the State have benefited from becoming subscription members of
their local ambulance service; we now would like to offer our community this same
benefit.

Many members of our community are covered by one insurance or another; however,
some are not insured at all. By becoming a member, on a yearly basis, you would not be
asked to pay any amount that is not covered by insurance (which does include Medicaid
and Medicare) for local emergency services provided to you by Danville Rescue.

PLEASE NOTE:

YOU MUST BE A SUBSCRIBER PRIOR TO YOUR INJURY OR ILLNESS for the membership to apply.

 

Our 2010 rates are as follows:

Household $45.00 includes local emergency services for all members of your household.

Individual $30.00 includes local emergency services for individuals 18 years or older.

Senior Citizens $25.00 includes local emergency services for individuals 65 years or older.


**please note this program covers ONLY local emergency services and does not include transfers from one facility to another**
